Supply Line Leaks

We recently had a service call to fix numerous leaks under the sink. When we arrived the scene was pretty ugly. There were bath towels all over the kitchen floor, paper towels strewn everywhere, and plumbing parts hanging under the sink with water dripping from them (signs of a homeowner in distress). After Hours plumbers diagnosed the leaks and it turned out to be worn and aging supply lines. The rubber material in the supply lines was deteriorating and the fastening nuts were loose as well. The faucet looked to be a newer model. Many plumbers and do it your selfers will install a new fixture without changing the worn supply lines with it. This may leave your kitchen in a mess with water damage! We always look out for problems like this and change these to avoid future problems.
